With The Six Pack Training plan you have to exercise three days a week, you can always change the week days but not the challenges. On the other days you can do cardio, exercise other body parts or rest. You have around 25-30 different exercises and you have to exercise for about 30-60 minutes for 12 weeks. The eBook can be used for males and females.
